Classes
With over 20 Classes ranging from beginner to intermediate, you can find a class that fits your yoga needs. Open ceremony starts outside at 11:35am with Sara, owner of Sound and Soul Therapy. At the 2026 Triangle Yoga Festival, you will find sound baths, healing, yoga mythology, peace, mediation, restorative yoga, group mandala and more.
Workshops & Panels
This year we will have more workshops focused on trauma, healing, and recovery. Jasmine Brown our cofounder will be leading a featured session on financial wellness called Balance Your Breath, Balance Your Budget.
